Sonia Couto never imagined a future in tech. Breast cancer forced her to strip life down to what mattered, and in that process she rebuilt not just her health, but her leadership. She learned to create systems that supported her when her mind and body couldn't. She learned that strength doesn't always look bold-it often looks steady, honest, and tired but still moving.
